Data Privacy Policy

It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any and all data collected by Climate Tech Action Network.  We will only ask for information required for our programming and services.  We will always let you know why we’re collecting it, and how it will be used.

Any identifying data we store (e.g., name, email address, social media links, or demographic information), will be protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.  We don’t use shared credentials to access sensitive data, including mentorship applications.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

We will retain mentorship application information for the duration of the mentorship program, to enable us to track our commitments to fostering diversity, and to improve the program over time.  If at any time you would like to have your information deleted, please contact us at info@climatetechaction.network and we will remove your information as soon as feasible.
